发卡预检

POST

/card-products/10010105/cards/create/precheck

检查产品分配、钱包、卡片额度、余额及 settings 消费规则，不会实际发卡。

常见错误

错误码	触发条件
`VALIDATION.INVALID_PARAMETER`	`cardCount` 无效，或 `settings` 不受产品支持、不允许自定义。
`RESOURCE.NOT_FOUND`	卡产品组、产品分配关系或对应币种的钱包不存在。
`REQUEST.CONFLICT`	所选卡产品未启用。
