更新卡片消费规则

/card-products/10010105/cards/spending-controls/update

通过 settings 更新 Slash 卡片消费规则。允许自定义的维度整体替换，锁定维度保留当前值。

本接口要求幂等键，重试同一业务操作时复用原值。

常见错误

错误码	触发条件
`VALIDATION.INVALID_PARAMETER`	消费规则不受支持、不允许自定义或结构无效。
`RESOURCE.NOT_FOUND`	卡片不存在或不属于当前工作区。
`REQUEST.CONFLICT`	关联的 Slash 资源不可用。
`REQUEST.CONFLICT`	同一幂等请求仍在处理中、幂等键已用于不同请求，或已超过 24 小时结果重放期；可通过 `X-Operation-Id` 查询处理状态。
